Description
You are part of the sales team and are supervised by the commercial director. As event caterers, we have several fixed locations in the entertainment landscape. In order to guarantee an excellent follow-up of the sale of these halls with catering that’s customised for the client, we need reinforcements in the sales department.
You mainly focus on the sale of events for the B2B market (75%) and for private individuals (25%). The most important duties are customer management and following up requests. Active prospecting is only necessary to a limited extent. You make the right contacts with event organisers and are responsible for professional communication. You discuss the possibilities regarding food and beverage facilities, decoration, scenario, prices, etc. with the client.
It’s up to the sales executive to look for the right hall and fine-tune it to meet the demands of the client. You also ensure that all agreements regarding the event’s proceedings are communicated to the teams performing the assignment. You are the contact before, during and after the event.

– experience or knowledge of the event sector is a must!
– knowledge of French gives you a one up
