Antwerp Engeneering Company

The authentic building was formerly used for ship repairs. AEC’s industrial past is far from forgotten and that shows in its setting as an event venue. Wooden ceilings, the original staircase to the mezzanine and the loading ramp from a hundred years ago can still be found in the complex.

Antwerp Expo 

Antwerp Expo, in the heart of the Antwerp region, offers 22,120 m² of infrastructure and includes 4 multipurpose halls and a congress and seminar center with 6 modular rooms, equipped with the latest technological audiovisual equipment.


ArtCube is not just an event venue, you might say. The mix between the industrial charm of the building and innovative technologies makes for a very pleasant encounter between old and new. The Galveston site where ArtCube is located was a textile factory until the end of the 20th century and all the authentic elements were obviously preserved.

Belvue Museum

Housed in a beautifully renovated 18th century luxury hotel, you will be welcomed in a refined setting with an exceptional view of the Royal Palace and its gardens. The BELvue museum offers you 6 spaces to organize your event, from a small meeting to a reception for up to 200 people. You can combine different atmospheres with the neo-classical architecture, the medieval ruins underground or in their lush garden.

Bibliothèque Solvay

Edificio takes care of everything, with experience and expertise. Made up of multilingual professionals, the team will guide you from A to Z in the organization of your event. Whether private or public, small or large. With a thorough knowledge and excellent taste.


The Fairs-, Meeting- and Congresscenter in Bruges (BMCC) is the ideal location for special events, congresses and fairs. In addition to the impressive first floor with a surface area of 4,500m² – perfect for exhibitions, larger public events and concerts – there is the conference area on the upper floors.


Brabanthal not only offers the ideal infrastructure for the organization of company events, staff parties or product presentations, but organizers of events for the general public also make grateful use of its facilities. Both hall and foyer are also very suitable for the organization of large congresses, seminars and meetings. Events can be organized here with a capacity of up to 6,000 people. They also have ample parking space for about 1 200 vehicles.

Brouwerij De Koninck

On the site of this Antwerp city brewery you can rent four different rooms to organize your event. Close to the center of Antwerp and with sufficient parking space: perfect for seminars, networking receptions, staff parties and even weddings up to 150 people.

Brouwerij Palm

D’Oude Bottelarij is located in the middle of the PALM brewery. In addition to a beautiful reception area, there is a perfectly equipped conference room, seminar facilities for up to 60 people and a walking dinner for up to 175 guests. You can also opt for a combination of a visit to the brewery and stud farm.

Brussels Expo

Brussels Expo offers 5 rooms specifically for events and meetings. The rooms are perfectly suited for events from 400 to 10,000 people. Our spaces are multifunctional and modular, offering a limitless number of possibilities. From our very comfortable and luxuriously appointed LOUNGE CLUB to an empty room that you decorate yourself according to your needs and taste; everything is possible at Brussels Expo!

Café Local

Café Local is a vibrant event venue on the ‘Waalsekaai’, the beating heart in the South of Antwerp. Located in the ‘Noordnatie’, a 19th century warehouse with beautiful Renaissance facade, the venue is a plug-and-play party venue.

Château Bayard

Docks Dome

Docks Dome offers a breathtaking view of the Brussels Canal and the Royal Park of Laken and is one of the most popular event venues today. Its innovative design and panoramic terraces allow you to amaze your guests with a classic or revolutionary event. This venue knows no limits!

Domaine De Graux

The Domaine de Graux offers an eco-festive reception venue within an agro-ecological farm. Sustainability is our credo, but also a way to live well and celebrate! The Egmont or Arenberg Palace and the “Kleine” or “Grote Egmonthuis” are one by one gems of architecture that make up the prestige and grandezza of today’s Egmont Conference Center. Flanders Expo

One of the oldest markets in the heart of Ghent became a unique event location with character. 3Square Events renovated this Ghent classic into a modern event location with all facilities for corporate and private events, right across from the ‘Gravensteen’ and with a view of the river ‘Schelde’.


Located under the tower of the picturesque, listed church of Meise-Oppem and yet only 10 km from Brussels … Welcome to the Pastoriehof. Pastoriehof is an ancient square farmhouse, ideal for your seminars, corporate events, receptions or private parties.

Proximus Lounge

Thurn and Taxis is a Belgian former goods station and Brussels industrial warehouse. The goods station was closed in 1994. The Royal Warehouse was completely restored. Currently the site is being redeveloped as an event location, business center, park and residential area.
